Infrared Thermometer
Fieldpiece SIG1 Gun Style Infrared Thermometer
Fieldpiece SIG1 Gun Style Infrared Thermometer
The SIG1 thermometer is a low cost, standalone non-contact infrared thermometer. Simply aim the thermometer at the target and pull the “trigger” to display the surface temperature. The temperature measured will be the average of all the temperatures in the field of view. The closer you are to the target, the smaller the area. The further away, the larger the area measured.
Applications
The infrared temperature measurement is fast and easy. It works best for fast readings, relative readings (one to another or the same one at different times), or temperature readings of hard to reach places. The following are some applications:
– “Shoot” an inside wall for quick and fast indoor ambient temperature reading.
– Heating and air conditioning where fast and/or easy measurement is most important.
– Motor bearings: high temperature can indicate bearings that might need replacement.
– Circuit breakers: a circuit breaker that is not operating properly can get hot. By scanning a panel, you will be able to find the hot one.
– Poor power line connections: a bad connection can get hot.Specifications

Fieldpiece SVG3 Digital Micron Vacuum Gauge
Fieldpiece SVG3 Digital Micron Vacuum Gauge
Fieldpiece SVG3 Digital Micron Vacuum Gauge is a compact, rugged gauge that is loaded with features HVACR professionals need to help them do more. It includes a large, dual display with a rate indicator, alarms, timer, rugged rubberized case, and a hook at strap that allows the vacuum gauge to be hung at any angle.
Fieldpiece SVG3 contains features to make evacuations easier and faster. The display has a bright backlight for high visibility in any situation. To minimize leaks the SVG3 has a schrader depressor that can connect directly to your core removal tool, or directly to the service port. Fewer connections reduce the potential for leaks unrelated to the system. The rate indicator helps determine if there are any leaks within the system.
When the vacuum reaches the low alarm set point, an audible alarm triggers, the backlight flashes, and the integrated stopwatch restarts to show the technician how long the system has maintained a deep vacuum. You can set both high and low alarms. And the timer can display how long it took to get to the alarm and how long the vacuum has been maintained.
