TAKKO 8026T MICROBIOCIDE (20 Tablets)

TAKKO 8026T microbiocide is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial product designed specifically for control of bacterial, fungal, algae, slim, legionella pneumophilia, coronaviruses, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and Saudi Arabia respiratory syndrome (SARS), in industrial recirculating cooling water systems; for example cooling towers and influent water systems such as flow-through filters and lagoons, etc; heat exchanger water systems; industrial water scrubbing systems; brewery pasteurizers and industrial air washing systems equipped with a mist eliminate. It is also effective for control of bacterial, fungal and algae slimes in once through the closed-cycle fresh and seawater cooling systems, cooling ponds, canals and lagoons.

DOSAGE:
The quantity of TAKKO 8026T required for any given application will depend on the type and volume of the system, the extent of microbiological contamination and the degree of control required.

APPLICATION:
Initial Dosage: When the system is noticeably fouled, add 200-300 grams of TAKKO 8026T per 1,000 gallons of water contained in the system. Repeat an initial dosage until a 0.2-0.5ppm free halogen (as determined by the DPD method) residual is established for at least four hours.
Subsequent Dosage: When microbial control is evident, add 60-140 grams of TAKKO 8026T per 1000 gallons of water contained in the system. Repeat as needed to maintain a 0.2-0.5ppm free halogen (as determined by the DPD method) residual for at least fours.
